Cascade in Pink

This Japanese Magnolia or Saucer Magnolia’s purplish-pink blossoms seem to float in the air, dancing among the branches with an easy grace. Mindful of their showy nature, the blossoms bring both joy and peace to those who share their space.

Surrounded by the beauty of hundreds of blossoms, while their spicy scent tingled my nose, I joyfully went about capturing images reflecting all that I experienced. Still in the moment, yet aware of the magnolia’s hold on me.
