EXCHANGES - Items are only replaced if they are damaged during shipment. If your art arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damaged product and the packaging and email gwen@gwengg.com. Notice of damaged artwork must be submitted within 24 hours upon documented delivery date by the shipping courier. Please save all packing material, as it may be required by the shipping partner to determine if the package was damaged in shipping. Replacements will not be offered for artwork damaged by the recipient.
