Cuba
Visiting Cuba feels like stepping into a vibrant mix of history, culture, and natural beauty. The streets of Havana are alive with classic 1950s cars and the sounds of salsa music drifting from open windows. Many buildings in Old Havana resemble those in European cities due to their Spanish colonial architecture, Baroque and Neoclassical styles, and colorful façades with balconies and courtyards. Although many are in disrepair, they are still beautiful in their own way. I also visited the charming town of Trinidad, with its cobblestone streets and pastel houses. As well as Cienfuegos, often called the “Pearl of the South,” which is known for its French-influenced architecture and pastel-colored buildings. The Cuban people, known for their warm hospitality, were welcoming and provided for a wonderful cultural exchange.
